This document contains all the information required pursuant to article 52 of Legislative Decree no. 6 of September 2005. 206 (cd. Consumer Code) and the provisions on electronic commerce contained in articles 7 and 12 of Legislative Decree no. 70 of April 9, 2003.

The following information is set out explicitly and in detail in the General Terms and Conditions.

The company I2W S.r.l. conducts its business exclusively in electronic form, excluding any form of direct sale to the public. All information contained on the website www.feeldesign.com constitutes commercial communications and is used in the exclusive interest of I2W S.r.l. communicated.

Information about the goods sold and services related to the sale.

The final price or the public sale price of the goods includes the final costs for the customer, including VAT, shipping costs and insurance of the products against damage in transit. The final price will be communicated to the customer during the online checkout process before confirming his acceptance by selecting the "Confirm Order" option in the options menu. I2W reserves the right to unilaterally and at any time change the prices of the products and services advertised on the website. In order to obtain the maximum transparency towards the users/customers regarding the certainty and security of the price of the goods, the amount indicated on the website http://www.feeldesign.com at the time of order confirmation will be charged.

The payment methods indicated in the general terms and conditions are:

  • Prepayment by bank transfer;
  • Payment with Visa and Mastercard;
  • PayPal

The delivery of the purchased products will be made by a courier appointed by I2W and the corresponding costs will be charged to the customer when selecting the "order confirmation" option. For each item sold, a transport document (D.D.T.) and an invoice will be issued and sent or emailed to the customer. I2W is free, at any time and depending on the goods offered, to offer discounts or giveaways to its designated customers, as indicated in the advertising available at all times on its website.

Conclusion of contract.

The general terms and conditions specify the modalities for the conclusion of the purchase contract and the associated ancillary services. The general terms and conditions are freely accessible for users/customers to protect their rights. In order to conclude a purchase contract, the user must register on the site, fill in the required fields in the appropriate form, select the goods he intends to purchase, as well as the additional services (transport, delivery to the desired floor, assembly, etc.) and complete Clicking on the relevant button accepts the general terms and conditions. The non-registration and non-acceptance of the general terms and conditions prevent the conclusion of the contract. Before clicking the "Confirm Order" button, the Customer may, at its sole discretion, amend any data it has entered or correct any errors or inaccuracies. I2W S.r.l. will try to solve any disputes with the customer in a short and amicable way. In the event of a negative result, the matter will be referred to the relevant judicial authority.

Insurance.

I2W S.r.l. guarantees that all processed orders are always insured against the risks of loss, damage and mishandling in transit.

Right of revocation.

The private customer, as defined in art. 2.4 - Customer - of the general terms and conditions that can be consulted on our website, has the right to withdraw from the concluded sales contract, pursuant to art. 64 and following of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, except for the exceptions referred to in art. 55 of the same Legislative Decree. The commercial customer cannot make use of his right of withdrawal. The private customer who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal must notify I2W S.r.l. no later than 14 (fourteen) days after delivery of the goods by e-mail, fax or registered mail.

The notification must include the following data:

  • the customer's wish to exercise the right of withdrawal;
  • the order number and the number and date of the invoice and the transport document;
  • the goods for which the right of withdrawal is exercised;
  • the method of re-crediting the amounts, which is done exclusively by credit card re-credit, PayPal or bank transfer.

The customer can use the appropriate form on the website.

Guarantee of product conformity

As a rule, the manufacturer's guarantee applies to the goods offered on our website. In the event that some of these are not covered, the legal guarantee applies, which refers to the following defects:

  • the product does not conform to the agreement
  • the product does not have the essential characteristics
  • the product does not correspond to the usual use and quality

I2W shall not be liable for any damage caused by improper use or wear and tear, improper handling or installation, or malfunctions due to problems with the electricity network (in the case of sales of electrical equipment). The guarantee does not apply to malfunctions caused by factors unrelated to the normal use of the goods sold. Finally, the warranty is excluded for defects that were known to the customer at the time of purchase.
