Processing of personal data

The Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data") and EU Regulation no. 2016/679 provide for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data. According to the indicated legislation, this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of the privacy and rights of the subject whose data are processed.

This document, which we invite all Users/Clients to read, has the purpose of informing about the person in charge, the data processing process, the use of the data themselves and their conservation. I2W S.r.l. owner of the Website http://www.feeldesign.com, aware of the importance of the integrity of the right to privacy, collects, uses and discloses the personal information acquired during each interaction with the User/Client, during visits to the Website, purchase of goods and use of the ancillary services offered.

Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter "Privacy Code") and art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, therefore, we provide the following information.

Purpose of the processing of personal data.

The data provided will be processed for the purpose of executing the concluded purchase and sale contracts, in order to provide the requested ancillary services and activate the contractually provided guarantees. Therefore, the disclosure of data to third parties will be exclusively limited to carrying out the operations relating to the sales process for maximum customer satisfaction. In the event that the User/Client who registers on our Website allows it by ticking the appropriate box, the data will also be used to send messages of an informative, advertising and/or commercial nature. (e.g. newsletters, commercial promotions, bonuses, prizes, etc.)

Type of personal data processed

Common Data

They constitute common data that will be treated as follows. Name, surname, age, sex, place and date of birth, private and work address, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, tax code and other personal identification numbers, data contained in identity documents. Customer data will also be processed for the purpose of managing banking and/or insurance relationships. They will also be treated on the behavior, reliability or punctuality in the fulfillment of obligations and in particular on the solvency of the Customer in commercial transactions. Furthermore, if the Customer allows it, data on life and consumption habits may also be processed, always in any case aimed at optimizing the products offered on our Website and the service rendered.

Sensitive and judicial data

I2W S.r.l. does not process this type of personal data with reference to its Customer.

Methods of processing personal data

Data collection will normally take place from the User/Client, save in any case for the acquisition of data contained in public registers, lists and/or archives (also electronically). In relation to the indicated purposes, the processing of personal data is carried out directly by the personnel belonging to I2W S.r.l. duly qualified as Manager or as Processor. The treatment will be carried out in an automated and/or manual form, in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 of the GDPR 2016/679 and Annex B of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (articles 33-36 of the Code) on the subject of security measures, by specifically appointed persons and in compliance with the provisions of art. 29 GDPR 2016/679. The treatment will be carried out using computerized or manual methods by I2W S.r.l. and by third parties who will be directly involved in the process of selling the goods purchased on our Website (such as carriers, transporters, assemblers, banks and insurance companies, etc.).

Use of personal data

Personal data will be used for the purpose of executing concluded sales contracts, in order to provide the requested ancillary services and activate the contractually provided guarantees. and in order to enforce the rights arising from the contractual obligations in favor of I2W S.r.l. and they can be grouped by categories in relation to all the needs that may arise.

Retention of personal data

Personal data will be kept for a period not exceeding that necessary to fulfill the obligations, tasks and purposes referred to in the previous list. Beyond this term, if storage is not required by law, said data will be stored by I2W S.r.l. for purposes of mere archiving and statistics on the activity carried out.

Data retention will take place on IT support. We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 GDPR 2016/679, your personal data will be kept for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed. However, the duration cannot exceed 10 (ten) years.

Provision of data

The provision of data is mandatory, given that in the absence of these it is not possible to execute the concluded purchase and sale contracts and provide the requested ancillary services and activate the contractual guarantees. Failure to provide data therefore determines the failure to continue the service. In any case, the User/Customer can choose not to receive messages of an informative and/or commercial nature by selecting or not the appropriate box in the registration form. This choice can be changed at any time after the first registration, in the appropriate section of the site reserved for users. The data will be communicated exclusively to the subjects necessary for the completion of the sales process.

For the identification of the security measures adopted and any updates and/or modifications of the identification data of the owners, managers and/or persons in charge, reference is made to the Summary Document in the Privacy sector drawn up by I2W S.r.l.

Existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling

I2W S.r.l. does not adopt any automated decision-making process, including profiling, pursuant to article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, of EU Regulation no. 679/2016.

Rights of the interested party

The User/Client may at any time exercise towards the data controller, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and articles from 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 the right to:.

a) request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data;

b) obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the retention period;

c) obtain the rectification and cancellation of data;

d) obtain the limitation of the treatment;

e) obtain data portability, i.e. receive them from a data controller, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and transmit them to another data controller without impediments;

f) oppose the treatment at any time and also in the case of treatment for direct marketing purposes;

g) oppose an automated decision-making process relating to natural persons, including profiling.

h) ask the data controller to access personal data and correct or cancel them or limit their processing or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability;

i) withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation;

j) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
