Payment by bank transfer
Payment for the products purchased on the site can be made by bank transfer. When paying in advance, the products ordered by the customer will be shipped after receipt of the transfer receipt.
Within 3 days from the date of acceptance of the order, a copy of the transfer must be sent by email to servizioclienti@feelcompany.it with the transaction number highlighted and the order number (as indicated in the order confirmation sent by FeelDesign).
When paying by bank transfer, the processing of the orders only begins after FeelDesign has received the transfer. Consequently, the delivery times of the products start from this moment.

Payment with credit card
Payment for products purchased on the site can be made by credit card directly through our portal.
All Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted.
In the event of cancellation of the order, either by the customer or in the event of non-acceptance by FeelDesign, FeelDesign will request the cancellation of the transaction. The cancellation of the order is possible until the moment the order is in the "processing" state and only if a timely notification of the will to cancel the order has been made. For some card types, the cancellation deadlines depend exclusively on the bank system and can extend up to their expiry date. Once the cancellation of the transaction has been requested, FeelDesign will in no case be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the delay or refusal to release the amount promised by the banking system.
FeelDesign reserves the right to request additional information from the customer (e.g. landline telephone number) or to send copies of documents proving ownership of the card used. If the required documents are missing, FeelDesign reserves the right not to accept the order. To protect the customer, it is necessary for the credit card to have the 3D Secure Code activated.
At no time during the purchase process is FeelDesign able to know the information related to the buyer's credit card, since they are entered directly on the bank's website that handles the transaction (with very high security systems - SSL Secure Sockets Layer certificate ); this way there is no possibility that this data will be intercepted. This data is not saved by FeelDesign. In no event shall FeelDesign be liable for the fraudulent or illegal use of credit cards by third parties when paying for products purchased on www.feeldesign.com.
Pay with Amazon Pay
When making a purchase using the Amazon Pay payment method, the customer is redirected to the login page for their Amazon account, where they can use their account information (credit card details - billing address - delivery address) to complete the entire purchase process in just a few clicks.
Once the cancellation of the transaction has been requested, FeelDesign will in no case be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, caused by the delay in not releasing the amount promised by Amazon Pay. At no point during the purchase process is FeelDesign able to learn the customer's financial information. For each transaction made with the Amazon Pay account, the customer will receive a confirmation email from Amazon Pay.
Payment by surname
When purchasing cash on delivery, the customer can pay the amount due directly to the carrier who delivers the goods and has the advantage of not having to pay in advance before receiving the goods at home.
The customer who completes the online purchase using the cash on delivery method of payment must communicate any total and/or partial cancellation of the order by e-mail, only before the goods are shipped. If the notification is not made or only after the product has been shipped, the customer bears the costs of the outward and return transport as well as the storage costs incurred by FeelDesign.
Payment can only be made in cash and as a fee for this service there is a surcharge of 4% on the total amount of the order.
If the amount is higher than €500.00, the courier will be responsible for contacting the customer by phone to communicate the delivery and the amount to be paid.
Payment by cash on delivery is not possible from an amount of €1,999.00.
