Right of withdrawal
The Consumer Customer, as defined in point 10 of the General Contract Conditions, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract concluded with I2W S.r.l. within 14 days.
I2W adopts a term for the right of withdrawal which is higher than that foreseen by current Italian legislation having chosen to follow the provisions of EEC directive n.2011/83/EU.
If the Consumer Customer is not satisfied with the goods purchased on the FEELDESIGN website, he can return to I2W S.r.l. the same and obtain a refund of the price already paid at the time of advance payment.
The refund will be equal only to the value of the returned goods:Shipping costs and any additional services requested when ordering will be excluded from the refund, such as: cost of cash on delivery, floor delivery services, installation and/or assembly.*
*these services will be reimbursed if and only if they are NOT performed.
The costs of sending the product from the Customer to I2W S.R.L. will remain the exclusive responsibility of the Customer.Please note that in the event that the delivery of an order is not completed due to refusal by the customer, the return management costs will be deducted from the refund:
shipping costs (sending the product to the customer and return costs) plus any additional charges incurred by I2W for the management of the return (stocks, additional costs for further changes in delivery and mobilization of the goods).
The cancellation of an order during shipment will be managed as a withdrawal by the customer according to the above provisions.
The Professional Customer (point 10.1.2 of the General Contract Conditions) cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
The Consumer Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify I2W S.r.l. no later than 14 (fourteen) days following the delivery of the goods by e-mail, fax or registered letter.
The communication must indicate:
- the Customer's will to exercise the right of withdrawal;
- the order number, the goods he intends to return;
- the goods for which the right of withdrawal is exercised;
The risk of loss of the goods, damage or manipulation during transport necessary for the return shall be borne by the Customer, without prejudice to the right of the latter to insure the shipment, bearing the related costs.
From receipt of the goods to their return, the Customer is required to keep them intact and keep them with the utmost care and diligence together with the original internal and external packaging as well as all accessories.
The returned goods must not show signs of wear and/or damage, the Customer being allowed to try them on in order to make a decision about their purchase. In case of use of the goods for any other purpose except as established above, the return will not be accepted.
The refund of the amount paid in advance will be made by I2W S.r.l. only after verifying the correct procedure indicated in these clauses and after verifying the integrity and functionality of the returned goods, accessories and packaging. The incorrect exercise of the right of withdrawal, according to the regulatory and contractual provisions, legitimizes I2W S.r.l. to return the products returned by the Customer to the sender, with additional transport costs.
