Goods availability

The availability of the goods indicated on the site is calculated on the basis of the orders processed the day after receipt of the purchase proposal by the customer. In the case of payment by bank transfer or postal order, the order will only be processed once the transaction has been completed, i.e. once the purchase amount has been credited to the account of I2W S.r.l. is credited. I2W S.r.l. will inform the customer in good time about the availability and delivery times of the products. For multiple orders, even if placed at the same time, I2W S.r.l. arrange for delivery on different days. The availability of the goods and the relative delivery times depend on the production and commercial logic of the suppliers, factors beyond the control of I2W S.r.l. range, while delivery times may vary based on various factors including payment method and delivery location. I2W S.r.l. The information provided on the availability of quantities and delivery times for the goods are to be regarded as guide values and are not binding. The risk resulting from the loss, damage and mishandling of the purchased goods passes to the customer from the moment of their delivery to the customer.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

I2W S.r.l. endeavors to deliver the goods you have purchased as quickly as possible.

Delivery of goods

I2W delivers the products you have purchased through transport companies (couriers). The courier delivers the goods together with a delivery note with your identification data. The person who collects the goods is obliged to confirm their identity by presenting an ID card or a power of attorney signed by the customer.

Important: consignments of goods from I2W S.r.l. are always covered by insurance. In order to guarantee insurance cover, it is essential that the person who collects the goods signs the delivery note or the electronic delivery note with “riserva specifica” (“subject to change” n.d.). Otherwise, I2W S.r.l. not for any damage.

Place of delivery of goods

I2W delivers products to all destinations in Italy.

In the case of particularly difficult-to-reach destinations, to which delivery is not possible using suitable means of transport, or in the case of narrow doors and stairwells through which particularly bulky products could not fit, or in the case of deliveries to high floors without the possibility of using elevators, I2W reserves the right the right to assess whether delivery is possible.

Any subsequent changes to the delivery address requested by the customer, different from the place originally indicated, may entail additional costs compared to the sales price, which will be charged to the customer. I2W S.r.l. will inform the customer immediately of any additional costs. DELIVERY TIMES

For each item of goods purchased on the FEELDESIGN website, the delivery time is indicated in working days. l2W S.r.l. has the maximum customer satisfaction to the highest interest. The delivery time indicated for each item is in any case indicative and not binding, as it may depend on factors outside the organization of I2W S.r.l. lie, such as production/procurement times of the suppliers, logistics, etc.

The delivery times also depend on the payment method chosen for the purchase. Since the payments with Amazon Pay and Visa/Mastercard ensure the availability of the amount paid and guarantee it through the payment system itself, the delivery time starts from the order confirmation by l2W S.r.l.

For payments by bank transfer, the delivery time begins when the amount paid by the customer is credited to the I2W S.r.l. bank account.

Delay in delivery of goods.

If the delay in the delivery of goods is more than 30 working days compared to the time stated in I2W's order confirmation, and provided that the delay is attributable to I2W, the customer may unilaterally withdraw from the order by sending a written notice by registered mail, fax or send email. In the event of an advance payment, the amount already paid will be refunded to him. I2W has the right to contact the customer to propose an alternative of equal or greater value and quality that the customer may like. In this case, the goods that are not delivered to the customer within 10 working days from the handover to the carrier will be sent to I2W S.r.l. returned and the customer will be refunded the purchase amount if already paid.

DELIVERY TO THE DESIRED FLOOR

The goods purchased on the FEELDESIGN website are delivered up to street level.

The customer who wishes to have the goods delivered to his home must contact I2W S.r.l. request a specific estimate.

INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY OF THE PRODUCTS

Almost all of I2W S.r.l. The goods sold include assembly and operating instructions. Certain categories of goods (e.g. built-in appliances, modular furniture, special electronic devices, etc.) may require professional assembly.

ASSEMBLY OF FURNITURE

The customer can decide to only have the furniture delivered by qualified Rhenus S.p.A. personnel. to have it installed by clicking on the appropriate service.

The assembly service from Rhenus S.p.A. is associated with an additional cost, which is calculated for each individual item offered for sale.

PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS, SHIPPING AND OPTIONAL SERVICES

The price of the products is displayed in the catalog along with the images and descriptions of the product.

If the product purchased includes one or more paid options, the price of the product ordered includes the amount for the options. Costs for optional services such as furniture assembly, collection of used items, delivery to a desired floor, etc. are specified in the shopping cart as additional items for the individual products. The price of the product includes the amount for the optional services.

The shipping cost for a product may vary depending on destination and other factors. For this reason, the shipping price is calculated and displayed in the shopping cart as a total for all products before the order is placed.

A product may be shipped free of charge. This is displayed to the customer along with the product information. If you add a product with free shipping to the shopping cart, the total price for shipping does not change. For some product categories, shipping is free if a minimum order value is reached in the respective category; the minimum amount to be reached is displayed in the shopping cart.

The price of the products, the price of shipping, the price of optional services and the total amount of the order are always inclusive of VAT.

PAYMENT

I2W accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Amazon Pay
  • Cash on delivery
  • Visa and Mastercard credit cards

When paying by bank transfer, the ordered products will be shipped after receipt of the customer's transfer.

When paying by PayPal or credit card, the ordering process is as follows:

  • During the checkout process, I2W asks for authorization of the order amount on the customer's credit card.
  • If the ordered goods are not all immediately available, I2W will order multiple deliveries.

RETURN OF USED GOODS (WEEE)

I2W S.r.l. follows the principle of taking back electrical and electronic equipment at the customer's request and picking up the corresponding ones. The request to take back used electrical and electronic equipment must be made with I2W S.r.l. to be agreed via the email address servizioclienti@feelcompany.it.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

For any problem that may arise during the sales process of the goods purchased on the FeelDesign.com website, related to misunderstandings, inconveniences or simple dissatisfaction on the part of the customer with regard to the goods purchased and/or the additional services received, the customer can submit a complaint to the after-sales service of I2W S.r.l. by sending an email to servizioclienti@feelcompany.it. It is in the interest of I2W S.r.l. to resolve amicably any dispute that may arise with the customer, aiming for the maximum satisfaction of the customer while protecting its own interests. In the event of a negative result, the matter can be brought before the competent judicial authority.
