Following the first success at the Salon des Arts ménagers (Appliances and Housewares Fair) in Paris in 1953! Pierre Paulin started the collaboration with Thonet-France in 1954! designing desks and chairs in particular. Precisely in that period he designed the "CM 141" desk. Ligne Roset revisits this desk in 2008! with the name Tanis. It strictly respects the original design! but enriches and updates the "modest" finishes typical of that era. |
