Yumi in Japanese means bow, an elementary form today reinterpreted by Shigeru Ban for FontanaArte. An absolute synthesis destined to become a new universal classic. Yumi is delicacy and strength together: an essential sign meets a resistant and light structure in composite material covered in carbon fibre, brushed on the surface until it becomes shiny. 170 LEDs integrated into the structure of the lamp: light sources that guarantee minimal space and enhance the continuity of the sign. Even the cables are completely embedded in the structure, because they are made with a special material that resists the high temperatures of the production processes. Yumi diffuses a warm and concentrated glow downwards, ideal for creating a cozy atmosphere. It characterizes different environments with its strong and discreet personality at the same time.
