Features and functionality

The new floor lamp recalls in its name and its slender structure the dynamism of the "quaver" or "octave"; the musical note. Different from the classic floor lamp; which typically opens at the top; Luca Nichetto has literally turned the lamp body upside down to create a revolutionary product. Immediate in function; elegant in the four available finishes; Croma's light power and dim-to-warm function make it suitable for a variety of environments.

Materials and construction

The slender metal structure of Croma; which projects beams of light along the wall towards the ceiling; evokes the dynamism of the musical note from which it takes its name. With an overall height of 186cm; the floor lamp designed by Luca Nichetto rests on a conical base which gives it stability; while the long-limbed silhouette of the stem almost seems to vanish in the beam of light that emanates from the LED light source. A ring positioned halfway up the stem allows the user to turn the LED module on and off and manage the dim-to-warm function which extends from 2200 to 3200 kelvin.
