Product care:
Each Chiardiluna mattress is created to last a long time, and with some precautions you can keep it looking like new for many years. When you receive your mattress, remove the protective plastic and let it air: the new smell will disappear very soon. Use a good quality slatted frame with central support to ensure the warranty remains valid. We also advise you to ventilate the mattress and bedroom weekly, rotate the product head-to-toe monthly, not expose it directly to the sun's rays, avoid spilling liquids and use electric blankets. The mattress should always be protected from water and other liquids. We recommend using a mattress protector and delicately cleaning the Chiardiluna mattress with a vacuum cleaner to keep it in optimal condition. In case of stains, if the mattress does not have a removable cover, use a neutral and delicate detergent in small quantities and cold water { the removable covers should instead be washed following the instructions on the mattress. Avoid soaking the mattress or base with dry cleaning fluids, and using machines or steam sterilizers and carpet beaters: this could damage the covering materials and compromise the functionality of the mattress, as well as voiding the warranty. Warranty:
During the 5 years of warranty coverage, the Chiardiluna mattress will be repaired or replaced free of charge with the same item or, if out of production, with a similar one, following the return of the defective product, in compliance with current legislation. The Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents, and it also does not apply to products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, that have been tampered with or that have been cleaned with unsuitable procedures or products.
