Features and functionality
The recycled plastic shell is easy to clean and the chair can be stacked on the floor or on the matching cart. Being able to equip it with elements for numbering and connecting in rows; it is suitable for use in auditoriums; large waiting rooms; restaurants and other similar public spaces.

Vitra is a family-run design company headquartered in Birsfelden; in Switzerland. Founded by Willi Fehlbaum in 1953 after a trip to the United States; discovering the chairs designed by Charles and Ray Eames. The management responsibilities were subsequently entrusted to the founder's children who; following a fire that destroyed production; took advantage of the opportunity to develop a new plan for the Vitra Factory Campus. In 2012 the Fehlbaum brothers in turn transferred the management of the company to the third generation of the family; represented by Nora Fehlbaum. Vitra makes a major contribution to sustainability by avoiding following short-term trends and forgoing non-essential details. For this reason the company sets out together with its collaborators in search of optimal solutions; placing attention on the durability and longevity of the products.
