“We didn't make a lamp, we made a ceiling”. With these words Miguel Arruda introduces his work for Slamp: a modular system that starts from the symbolism of one of his sculptures from 1980 revisited by the Slamp R&D team to transform it into a metric of joints and folds that today allows us to have Nuvem: a module of approximately 1m2 (hexagonal section) which can be infinitely composed, creating equally infinite landscapes that float in space, illuminated by spotlights with bidirectional light with GU10 connection.
