Materials and construction

The characterizing element of Galerie is the diffuser, which is inspired both aesthetically and functionally by ancient oil lamps with a reference to the Belle Époque period. The diffuser, blown in four layers of glass in which the outside and inside are of two different colors, is read as white when turned off, and amber when turned on. It is also equipped with a leather band that allows the device to be hung in different positions on the structure. The variety of materials (glass, leather, metal and marble) combined in a new way in a lamp makes this family particularly rich and, at the same time, elegant and balanced. Galerie expresses in a contemporary key an object that brings back memories of other times.
