Features and functionality

Designed in 1969, the Chiara lamp is characterized by a flexible shape given by a simple stainless steel sheet. This self-supporting structure, which resembles a typical origami, hides a light source positioned at the base. The light reflects and

is it diffused by a large hat? reminiscent of a nun's veil. Even when turned off, Chiara's strong and charismatic identity cannot fail to be striking. This year's re-edition uses cutting-edge technology and includes two models: the iconic floor version in stainless steel and a new table model, smaller in different finishes: Aluminum with anthracite edge, dark gray with olive green edge and pink gold with oxide red edge.

Materials and construction

Table lamp composed of an aluminum reflector body in 3 color variants, internally covered with a matt white plastic film, folded and closed with stainless steel hooks riveted onto the sheet metal. A colored molded rubber gasket is applied along the entire profile of the body. The internal base in extruded aluminum gives stability to the body which is fixed on it and supports the lamp holder. A dimmer is mounted on the power cable for progressive regulation of the light intensity. Useful cable length 1.9m.
