Features and functionality

The Cassero collection designed by Patricia Urquiola for Serralunga is inspired by the mold used in construction for the creation of concrete works. This collection of monocoque vases made of polyethylene deliberately recalls the concrete effect as if they had been cast and extracted from their mould. With the Cassero collection the Arch. Urquiola wanted to imagine the vases not only for the outdoors, but also to integrate greenery into interiors and bring them closer to the world of furniture.

Materials and construction
.	LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) obtained by rotational molding.
.	UV protection. 100% recyclable, solution dyed. High degree of mechanical strength and impact resistance.
