The Crema D'Orcia and Basaltina stone finishes are created by fixing a stone plate created through a solid mechanical manufacturing process using a very high resistance glue. The concrete finish is achieved by fixing a made plate using a very high resistance single-component glue
in cast concrete reinforced with glass fibre. The Primer version must be painted after installation with normal water-based colors (tempera, stucco,
water-based paints) to ensure maximum homogeneity with the architecture. The aluminum versions are finished with a high-resistance coating: after a sandblasting treatment of all components to make the surface porous and guarantee greater adhesion of the paint, the external coating is applied with a double layer of powders according to the QUALICOAT standard. The first layer of epoxy powder provides chemical and mechanical resistance, the second finishing layer of polyester powder ensures resistance to UV rays and atmospheric agents. Painted surfaces are treated with alkaline and acid washes, rinsed with demineralized water, and subjected to a chemical conversion treatment to protect against oxidation. Subject to commercial and technical evaluation, it is possible to create customized versions with other materials on request. The use of a connection system with a protection degree greater than or equal to the protection degree of the appliance is recommended.
