Designed by Jamie Hayon; the chair features a low, open silhouette and a carved wood frame; carefully assembled by hand. The wide, flat armrests and vertical seat support the back and arms; ideal for long periods of socializing or reading.

Materials and construction
The Fred armchair is available in four types of solid wood: black stained ash; walnut-stained oak; transparent lacquered oak or oiled oak. Upholstered cushions are available in a variety of fabric and leather types.
