In 1959; Danish architect Bodil Kjær launched his Indoor-Outdoor series; which includes the very comfortable BK12 lounge sofa. The solid teak sofa with slats as seat and backrest shows the same geometric sensitivity that underlies the rest of the collection. This quality is further emphasized by the armrests; from the legs and runners; which together create thin squares. The BK12 lounge sofa is conceived as an architectural element; with appropriately studied proportions. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The pillow is sold separately
