Features and functionality
Designed by Marc Sadler in 2005 for Martinelli Luce, the surface of the lamp is characterized by circular ribs of different diameters arranged on non-parallel planes as if to describe a path: man's infinite journey towards light and truth contrasted with everyday greyness. Babele has a strong personality, which commands attention, capable of filling the space on its own.

Materials and construction
Suspension lamp with direct light in turned and painted aluminium, with different shades of mica color on the outside and golden on the inside. Suspended with steel cables, it is produced in three diameters: Ø 45cm, Ø 65cm and Ø 92cm.
